The Full Form of IPL is Indian Premier League. IPL is a Professional Twenty20 Cricket played by Eight Teams representing Eight states of INDIA. It is Contested in March, April or May of every year. This League was basically Created by Board of Control for Cricket in India. First time it was originated in 2008, and came out with a huge success.

Rules For IPL Team Selection :
Each Team Must Consist of :
- At Least Three Batsmen and Max. Five.
- At Least Three Bowlers and Max. Five.
- At Least One All-Rounder Max. Three.
- At Least One Uncapped Indian Player.
- Max. Of Four Overseas Players i.e Non-Indian Players.
- Not more than Seven Players From One IPL Franchise.
